Stereo code AURA help!!!

hi, brought my 1st mk1 leon cupra yesturday, after selling my ibiza, was messing with the stereo lastnight, & now won't work! al it does is turn on & off with '2 SAFE' on the screen! looked through the owners mauals, & followed what it said to do, but still nothing! also i don't have the code card

anyone know how to solve this? take it to SEAT??

yeah you'll need the code, also it probably wasn't working as it had 'locked' itself. You need to leave it on for an hour. SEAT 'should' not charge you for the code. If i remember correctly there is something in the book to say its up to the dealer. My dealer didn't charge me

But if you dont have the code the only option is the dealer

no mate the card code thingy is missing out the book , nice 1 mate will take it to the dealer tomorrow, & it does say dea; shouldnt charger me.

Take it to the dealer mate they will give it you from the registration. they didnt charge me.
