std. double din?

I have a 2002 toledo with the crappy factory fit sat nav. If I were to remove this unit, is the aperture a standard double DIN? Can I therefore buy and double DIN cage and then fit a double DIN HU?

What would I require to replace the Double DIN SAT NAV HU with a Sinlge DIN?

On My Xtrail I used one of these:

Would this work in the Toledo? Anything else I would need?
