When it cuts out does it 'stall' or does it power down in the sense that the keys been turned off?

My cuz 1.4 ibiza had same issue, stalls on idle, done diagnostic and monitored the cylinders, misfired cylinder 1 & 3. New coil pack fixed that

just got over here and the immobilizer symbol on the dash is flashing (pic of car with key)

so i take it we need to recode ?
is this easy?

Its either dealer option or think u need the sku code to do this your self, check the ross tech website, this show how to do it step by step ;)

Same with my Cupra, as a quick fix (not permanent) turn the ignition on to point II (ie not fully round to start the car) and leave the ignition on for 10 minutes, the immobiliser will re-set!!
