Two quick(ish) questions:D

Anyone know the cost of a mk1 starter motor for a Leon (1.6s if it matters?)?

Also what is the annual service schedule for the same car? Im not gonna go to the dealer this year and just my local garage as the car is coming up eight years now :)

Service schedule is 10,000 miles. Not sure on the stater motor, sorry. Try ringing a couple of motor factors to get the best price.

basic service is oil and filter, air filter, I'd change the fuel filter and plugs. Greese all the door hinges.
Not sure on the service scedule for brake fluid or gearbox oil

slowly falling apart.. haha only joking :p

apart from the knocking noise when going over bumps, its running fine to be honest.

the last owner never changed the oil or did a service in like 20k! so first thing i did was a service, new starter motor etc.. now i change the oil every 2-3k.

Then theres the usual wear and tear, ive only recently put a new exhaust on, need new brake disks/pads allround and going to get a full set of new tyres too.

Apart from that its a solid car
