starnge wurring sound

quite hard to explain really but when i was waiting to fill up today i had my foot on the clutch and a wurring started when clutch was released it stopped. does not do this all the time so quite odd? sounds like it is coming from the vents in the middle but played with my fans and it did not change?

any ideas? aware not the best description of what is happening but hard to explain

sounds expensive lol. thanks for the response the description was poor btw but did not know how to describe it
