Standard exhaust

The exhaust on my 53 LC needs a new centre box, it previously had an aftermarket one but the previous owner changed it back to standard using an incorrect centre box.

Will a Toldeo 1.8 20vt centre box fit? I've been in to a few garages and the exhaust for a Leon Cupra 1.8 20vt isn't in there books, only the non turbo models are. A couple of garages recon the toldeo exhaust would work but I'm not sure if the cars a different underneath.

I'm tempted to goto the stealer and know that I'm getting it done correctly!

I know the oem exhaust is bloody expensive!!! best to get a full stainless system on your car. You can get a decent milltek system for around the same price the dealers ask for a standard system. and they sound nice too!!!

or go to a motor factors , like GSF or the likes wont be as much as stealer ,

there again a custom exhaust centre shouldnt be agreat deal if you say i want std ,
