squeaky suspension

was driving to work this morning pretty early and noticed that the drivers side front suspension was pretty squeaky only when going over noticeable bumps in the road.. hasnt been like this for very long as i have a pretty good ear for hearing noises and noticing them on my car. can anyone shed any light on what this could possibly be ??

ok mate i suppose being lowered doesnt help either.. where would i be able to pick these mounts up from? cost??
