Squeaking from within B pillar trim

Hello, I've got an annoying metallic squeak coming from the nearside B pillar - around the area of the front passenger seatbelt mounting.

I've done a bit of a search on here, but haven't found any guides to removing the trim around this to get at whatever's causing the problem, and no amount of wiggling of the external bits seems to make any difference at all.

Anyone got any tips? Thanks very much.

I stripped out the whole interior on my FR to put the black headlining, trim, recaro's etc. in, then did it all again to put it back to standard before buying the LCR... and I can't remember how I did the B pillar! Not sure if it's as simple as just taking the B pillar trim off... think you might have to start further back...

Erm... The door sill trim has to come off (the long one that goes the length of the interior) and I think I remember having to take the plastic bit off the seat runner as well so you can pull the carpet back a bit... there's 2 screws in the bottom half of the B pillar trim, the rest is held in with clips IIRC. Once you've got the bottom half off, there are 2 screws at the bottom of the top half & a fastner at the top holding it against the head lining.... I'll see if I can dig out some photo's to try & remember exactly how I did it...
