hi folks, just got my sps3 today and had a search as to what settings are a good starting point.
what do you guys run on~

low boost~high boost~ timing

i use 98ron fuel at all times so i think the timing should be set at about 6-7

owen you must have the old sps3 you can actually take it to revo and they will give you a updated one that removes low boost and high boost and replaces it with just boost. For the one you have though try LB9 and Timing 6 that is what i was running mine on when i had that one

do you have vag com if so then you can log that then start adjusting the settings timing settings be careful with i wouldnt go any higher than 6 on the side mounts especially if you dont have vag com to see if there is any pull back

My settings were for the old SPS where I used High Boost 6/7 and Timing 6/7

i'm running timing 8 boost 6 on new style sps

you have a fmic though owen doesnt, at least until you get vag com i would stick with 6 owen

how much does it cost to update the revo sps3 to the new version and do you need to send it back to revo

take it to ur nearest dealer they will do it for free

I used to use timing 5, Boost 9 for me (on the later series controller). Only ran OK on boost 9 since the FMIC. Prior to that boost was 6.
