spraying intercooler

would i be able to spray up my intercooler? without it doing any harm. i was thinking of spyaing it white so it would stand out under the grill.

Yep no problem at all mate. Dont even need primer just use the white as the base coat aswel

Well actually I'm not sure but will painting not disrupt the heat transfer properties of the metal? I'm sure this is why people don't generally paint IC's?

Oh yeh forge even offered to spray mine for me so must be ok

the only problem i can see with spraying it white is the fact that its going to look dirty all the time unless you clean it everyday due to the good old british weather

might be an idea to polish it regular if you do try an stop the dirt sticking so much

yes it will keep it nice think of sprayin my charge pipe and inlet manifold to keep it nice too
