spot lights

hi guys,can any one tell me wot bulbs are in my front fog lights on my 54 plate seat leon fr?
and how easy they are to replace,as one off them has packed up,cheers.

A quick search reveals its a H3 bulb

in terms of replacement i think its a bit of a pig!
i imagine both lower side grills have to be removed from the bumper

its easy.just had a look.just have to jack front off car up and take of the foglight rear cap..job done.

Or, dont jack the car up at all... remove the screw on the lower grill in the very right hand corner, remove grill, remove two screws that hold the fog lamp in place.. unscrew the back, replace bulb and fit in reverse... do it in 10 mins
