Yes.. did it on mine.. the lights are exactly the same.. the front main ones don't require removing, the fogs swap straight over and the rears only need removing to get to some of the bumper screw..

It's a fairly straightforward swap.. there are about half a dozen 'star' head screws around each wheel arch and along the top of the bumpers. The rear lights are held in place from the back of the units by a large plastic screw. The corners of the bumpers where they meet the bodywork are a tight interference fit requireing a decent tug to free them.

I think the trickiest bit was removing the front grille to swap it over.. just have to get all of the tabs holding it place and the two split plugs in the top.

This diagram helped me when i removed my bumper, hope you find it useful.

EDIT: Just to back up the pic, do the bolts in the order they are on there i.e. wheel arch ones, underneath then top ones. Just so the bumper isnt flapping about, like if say you did the top ones first.
Also when all the bolts are out start with the edges of the bumper, pull these outwards from the car. Then check the bottom is free then it should slide off. Be careful with the fog light wire as these are pretty short.

Can anyone advise me if I can get the rear black plastic off my 57 2.0 TFSI FR without removing the rear bumber, the piece where the registration plate is.

Any "how to" help would be helpful as I am considering reversing sensors

Rear black plastic panel only comes off from inside, removing it wouldn't help as it is a doubled skinned panel.

Oh OK thanks, although I thought someone on SCN had fitted reverse sensors on it?

If you fit the sensors in the same location as factory,2 go in the black plastic panel under number plate and 1 above reflector on both sides,i am sure (having had bumpers off) that it would be possible to fish wires through from vents in boot using a stiff piece of wire. The only obstruction behind the bumper is the steel collision bar, which is situated above the sensor level.
