Speedo cool/s

Hey,

Always thought my speedo was slightly inaccurate and found out yesterday while on the motorway by how much. (My satnav has a digital speed reading). The ibiza speedo was reading 70mph but my satnav read 63mph. As it happened a Citroen C4 (able to see the digital speedo) was overtaking me so I increased my speed to match theirs. The satnav read the same as the C4's however my cars was 5-7mph slower....

I thought at 3000 revs i was doing 70mph but as it turns out its close to 4000revs with 80mph being almost 4500revs.

Anyone elses like this? Other models included

like this for every/most cars with a non digital speedo had this i thought..? Sat nav tells you the real speed
thats why in a 50mph zone people are able to over take u when ur speedos sayin 50, ur prob doing 45 lol.. I have noticed it, but do 5mph over what it says and then your dead on!

Yeah mine is miles out on my Cupra too. Sit through all speed cameras at least 5mph over the limit as I am most likely still going slower!!
