Same again Andy 165mm in the door and 3" in the dash..
Some don't come with door speakers so you have to make pods out of fibre glass!! Or a least thats what i did in my old one
:p
It looks generous but how much depth do you have in the Mk2 (1998), I am thinking to drop in the Dynaudio esotec 242 setup in stealth mode for the fronts (mid/bass in the door speaker position and tweeters in the top facing dash grilles) but I order from abroad so I need to be sure. Any comments? Cheers/A

Final check chaps - before I order Dynaudio 242gt for this ibiza mk2 1998 1.4 4 door.
The mid drivers are 166mm diameter, the diameter of holes are 155mm and minimum baffle hole is 134mm. Is this the right mid for this door (without modification)?

Also - any other links for adapter plate, the link above is not working

thanks

PS - any of you guys loaded amps in the doors - I will run active so need an amp per front door (probably bridged Arc Audio ks 125.4 mini's (sized at Size 11.6' (L) x 5.15” (W) x 1.7”(H)) and a third (500.1 mini - same size) for the subs. I want to hide if possibly but there is so little space about and I don't want to loose more boot space
