Can some good souls recommend some decent speakers for my Arosa?
I'd ordered some JVC 6 X 9s and some JVC door speakers, but the company rang me today to say both lines were discontinued.
I've previously said on a post, that I'd like to take the sub and amp out and, if possible, work all four speakers off my JVC head unit. However, I've never been entirely convinced by any set of door speakers I've fitted on any of my Arosas.
Probably not the speakers fault - I feel it's a bad fault of VW's design department putting the speakers cabinets so far down in the door. This weakness is all the more noticeable when you're running some speakers on your back shelf.
I'm considering running my next set of door speakers through the amp?
So if there's any practical suggestions for gear, I'm all ears!
