buy a spark plug removal tool from halfords (less than a tenner) and a set of plugs for the correct engine., they dont have to be expensive. simply work your way along the plug leads and plugs.
start at one end and remove the plug lead from the plug, use the tool (or socket set if you have it) and anti clockwise twist it out, to put the new one in without cross threading it, insert the plug into the socket tool and insert it back into the plug hole, turn it anticlockwise a turn or so until you can "feel" where the thread starts and turn it clockwise easily until you know its going in ok, screw it in until you are sure its tight but not too tight, tights tight is the saying. repeat for the other three, dont take all four leads off at once unless you label them 123&4.

Just got home with 4 new ngk plugs. Got the original ones from the dealer.
Shall get to work on it early tomorrow!

All changed now. There is a big difference. Wish I changed those spark plugs and air filter earlier.
