Spare pipe off airbox

i have just fitted my induction kit and am now left with a spare black platic tube that used to clip into the original airbox! i havent got a clue what it does and if its important or not. any idea what i should do with it? should i get a small breather to go on the end of it?


any help would be great!

it's the air feed for the secondary air pump used at start up

get a filter on it!

If it's the pip just to the left of the filter?
