as the title says please i had it on vag-com a while ago from a local lad and posted the problems but did not hear anything.

the problem is it is a ko3s with revo stage 2 fmic forge tip, actuator,dv 4bfpr.

the car will not boost past 14 psi then at about 5krpm it drops into limp mode 4psi so i turned the n75 round and it boosts at 7psi without limp mode so i bought a mbc (manual boost controller) left the n75 electrically plugged in and tried that and that just makes the car boost at 4psi all the time .

i have had the car 5 months and it has never boosted past 14psi then limp mode i am fed up now just wish it would run correctly.
any suggestions?

thanks martyn

as ollie says check some fuses as open circuits could be blown fuses or maybe some perished/melted wires,

looks like your MAF sensor needs replacing aswell

yes i have checked all fuses and all fine and the maf issue came up as i unplugged it to see if that was the problem and it didnt make the slightest of difference.

do you think it could be a dodgy remap?

i am sick to death now i dont even how it drives yet and i have owned it 5 months[:@]

I can't see it being a fault with the remap as Revo is a generic map therefore tried and tested. Has the car had the N249 Bypass done? I would suggest clearing the fault codes in Vag-Com then seeing what faults re-appear. Also it would be worth while doing some logging to see whats actually going on with your boost and airflow readings etc. It may be that something isn't plumbed in correctly.

You need to run a log from the car, logging certain aspects.
PhilW should be able to point you in the right direction with what to log.

Have the faults been cleared, and have they stayed cleared, or have they reoccured?

thats the thing they were cleared and then i started fannying around with various pipes etc and came back so i will need to get it cleared and then test again to see what it brings up.
