Run was the third one, but didnt log boost, but this was the run before which was stopped short as the operator didnt like seeing the 15:1 afr...

Code:

4000	45	69	2450

Now i looked at block 032, and the readings were -0.2% and -16.4%, which means the ecu is pulling back fuelling?

Only faults on the car is a duff front right ABS sensor and soft code for the missing EVAP system, i guess this wouldnt affect running.

Now i just been out and logged a little after seeing the 032 figures, so i put the cat back to standard as in the fuelling on Lemmiwinks back to 100% and 0% and now my 032 block is -0.2% and -8.6%.

And here some logs, 3rd gear sorry.

Any comments would be great. :D

The lean issue could be due to the boost controller boosting a little early ahead of the map since the n75 is no longer in control. I would increase the (fuel tweak increasing loads to 105%). Any chance you could get a wide band probe installed.

If anything the boost is coming on later than requested (115) so im not sure thats the issue.

I would add fuel but without a wideband i cant be sure to what is exactly is happening, plus my long term fuel trims are showing that its reducing fuel.

Wheres Dave when you need him? lol.

The problem is though Phil, most of the time we drive our cars off drive off boost or light load so the fuel trims could well be showing good fueling but mods done to the car may mean that we go lean under load.
The boost log looks like a lean condition can occur between 3000-4800 rpm.

Guess what. Pump was the problem. :)

Changed it to a 4bar last week and went to the dyno yesterday... :):):)

Result, not far off perfect AFR, maybe a little lean on initial load but otherwise thats a lot better than the 15:1 under full load before.
