Sold my Leon and Im devasted

Today I sold her today, as we have ordered a mk6 golf.

when You have had a car that has been so good to u for 19 months with no problems and that u adore its hard when you drive it for the last time and then see it drive away from you i am completely gutted

Hopefully its gone into the hands of a loving owner just like its last one

THANKS GUYS FOR THE HELP AND ADVICE OVER THE LAST 19 MONTHS YOUVE BEEN AMAZING AND BANG ON WITH MOST QUERIES.

I will still check the site on a regular basis as im addicted

I had this with my Escort when I changed to the Leon, had it for 5 years and did over 70K in it, only ever stopped twice both time due to running out of juice, had the odd suspension arm, few cambelts, 2nd hand gearbox nothing major and I loved that car, was gutted when I sold it but luckily enough I had the Leon to help me through.

was weird with my ibiza as i had it for over 4 years but didn't really feel sad when it went finally went, but its gone to a mate so it doesn't feel like its properly gone

i can imagine it was hard to see her drive off though

the mk6 is an awesome car, although I haven't driven the mk2 leon the mk6 golf is a big improvement over the mk5. I've pushed the mk6 gti quite hard and was very impressed with it, just a shame i cant afford one at the moment lol

We have ordered the 1.4 tfsi 170 3dr in black so should be a bit of fun, Iv had three cars that i have done to my own style and really loved them but the leon was something else it just got noticed everywhere especially when ppl had real cupras and they would ask me if was one and when i said it was a 1.6 they were amazed and 1 person with a grafite grey cupra fr said yours nocks spots off mine that made me feel quite happy as i love the grey ones.

We had a mk6 golf GTI TDI for a couple of months and it was by far the best car we had ever had, bloody quick to for a dirty diesel, really pushed you back in your seat!

I wish people were that nice around here, all I get are BMW's trying to stick to my @rse, no VAG appreciation at all...well I am yet to meet any fellow members anyway.
