I wouldn't mate. They are basically a resistor which goes between two connections on your MAF/Air Intake Sensor. The second of your links shows a variable resistor/potentiometer.

I can only assume that this would in time do damage to your engine. It tells the engine that the air is colder than it is so you get better power no doubt but the way it does it to me spells trouble.

If I were you I would avoid. :blink:
