Fitting my Blueflame Downpipe yesterday and guess who didn't use enough WD40? :p

Snapped stud and nut off the turbo, does anybody accidently have ETKA on there machine and know the part numbers for the studs and nuts? It's a standard K03 turbo.. Engine code is AQX

Cheers!

No probs.
Any luck fixing it yet?
I know what its like, i fitted my k03s myself.

Not just yet.. Picked up the new studs and bolts from SMC Windsor tonight ready for some warfare under the car over the weekend / christmas period!

Apart from tonnes of WD40, any pointers on which is the best angle to attack it from?

Cheers fella

I think ive seen a fitting guide on here somewhere in the main menu section. Its a fitting guide to fitting k03s but might give ya alittle helpon the removal of the old bolts on the downpipe extra.

i helped do the guide, there is no easy way, i did fint tht a small open enddd spaner is best or cut one down, you just have to have patience 1/8th of a turn at a time, as for getting the old stud out your prob best taking the turbo off and doing it.
