SMIC - MAP sensor - can it be plugged?

On the SMIC, the MAP sensor is at the top near the outlet pipe. Looking to relocate this into a forge map sensor pipe.

Do VW/Seat do a blanking plug? IF so, is there a part no.?

car is Toledo 1.9TD130
