Think summits up with my tdi 130 cos its not picking up like it used to and it seems slower. Its done 40k so is it likely that the maf has gone? was thinking of taking it to the dealers to get a diagnostic report done on it, is this the same as a vag-com? cheers

It might be due to the warmer weather of late, your getting a bit of heatsoak due to having the Cupra bumper and SMIC...

Or it could be your MAF on its way out.

yeh, ive had the fog light out recently to try and help more air get to the intercooler until the fmic is fitted next month. think its the maf imo cos it was playing up a while ago when i had it rolling roaded. the guy cleaned it out and it was much better but i think its finally given up!

Dude... Having the fog light out does sweet F. all... Sisson hit the nail on the head!

In Jan 06 id had the same setup and mine remapped was SLOWER than a 130 without the remap due to heatsoak. In -2 Degrees ambient it was cruising with 40C intakes and hit 90C after only about 6 seconds of max power! Mine never sees above 35-40 at all now.
