skweaking dashboard

does anyone experience skweaks and rattles coming from alhambra dashboard? mine has only done 22000miles but already making annoying noises as if it was 220000

any idea on the general area of the squeeks? a few owners have reported them around the sides of the dash where it meets the A a posts! the removable panel at either end of the dash move and rub against the main body of the dash and A post trim! a quick squirt of a silicon lube has been known to help! that or a couple more clicks on the radios volume button

i had mine in to be 'fettled' and it came back with a new squeak / rattle. upon further investigation it turned out the transparent cover had come off the fuse panel and was making a racket. popping it back on correctly cured it. just a thought before you go dismantling stuff.
