So a 51 bhp increase with just a map and no other goodies:rolleyes: ..
Just seen the post on Briskoda, and you forgot the boost controller on the car.
Try and get your car onto a good rolling road to check the BHP.

190-231CV is 41 gain with my maths

Bill,
Just based on the Octy vRS giving 180bhp as standard, but, as we all know some are better than others as standard.
Also all tuners claim different figures, and most RR's do the same:D

Who cares what the manufacturer claims, if they measure the stock power at 191 before tuning..

the numbers are just on the dynoplot.
engine ref is the before is'nt it. 190.1cv
after map its 231cv

simple maths ;)

On their old inertia dyno, which has no load applied beyond weight of rollers themselves.
Their new dyno is a better dyno for figures etc imho

a gain is a gain whichever the actual numbers.
should be happy with that.
:)

my lc with a bigger dp ,sports cat + map made 242bhp.

the before figure was post downpipe fitting and it got 190bhp then with map 242bhp.so i think the figures compare well to mine.

this was in the newer premises ( would that be their current dyno?) had a dynatwist on too but not sure if it would have made much difference.

as long as your lovin the power...... who cares.
