Skoda Octavia VRS front brakes

Am I right in thinking that the front brakes (caliper, carrier, discs and pads) from a Skoda Octavia VRS is a straight swap onto a SEAT Leon TDi 130?

From reading it looks to be the same set up as the 312mm on the TDi FR.

Tdi fr has 288mm discs!

Octavia vrs is 312mm front and 256mm vented rear!

What size discs do you use as you'll probably only need the carrier as the caliper is the same on the 288/312

I've got 288mm front discs, so, as you said, I only need the carriers for the 312mm discs and the larger discs?

Yes. All is plug and play. You can swap the 256 vented rears from OI VRS as well. I have done it on my car two weeks ago.

Yeah calipers are the same on the 288/312's

All you need is the 312 carriers / new discs / new pads and your rocking

Very few people will split carriers from a complete setup though
