hit there i have just got a 2005 seat leon cupra r 225 why does my car not have the cupra r on the front seat is that added when u buy the car from new and does and one know if they changed the head light design between the 04 to 55 reg,

It should have the 'R' logo on the front seats for LCR
Headlight design as far as im aware is still the same

yea my seats dont have the cupra r in the centre of the front seats and i just thought it was weird,does anyone know why the car has only had one owner and its a 55 plate and its not like it could of been changed,its got the cupra r type on the steering wheel

Has is got red stitching on the seats? Different headlights? Not heard that one before.

no its just got a broken headlight,ok i will take pics of the inside and post them up,

Maybe previous owner was a tad sneaky and sold the seats and replaced with standard Cupra seats....

Maybe the previous owner just unstitched the logo from the seats, they may have thought it looked a little tacky?

I saw one for sale on ebay the other week that clearly had regular Cupra seats rather than Cupra R ones. I think it was being sold as cat D by a salvage company. It was a red one.
