hey anyone kmow of any good places from camping around silverstone, not to far from circuit and not too expensive

Whittlebury Farm..... it's not cheap, or good value imo

i quite often stopped at whittlebury hall with audi doing variuos courses, fantastic hotel, but didnt realise they do camping on the site.

I felt violated paying £20 back in 2002 for one night. Supposed 'new toilets and showers' turned out to be grotty portacabins.

whittlebury hall is where we stay every year for the F1, Not sure if they will have it open for this tho. The only thing is there loos get a bit "used" shall we say but IMHO its the best one around as most are just open fields

It should be open. Usually is for BTCC and BSB. Maybe even live entertainment on at night.

Apparantly if there are enough bookings, Chris Hodgetts' band (the 1986/87 BTCC champion) will play. So he said himself on BTCCPages forums anyway.
