does anyone know where i can get a set of ice white sidelight bulbs around the glasgow area? the standard bulbs are to yellow looking! thanks

or ask your local dealer for the ones fitted to the Ibiza Cupra R (99-01)

they look a light blue but when on glow pure white

N 017 753 10 - is the part number if it helps

I can't get my side light out and its doing my nut in :( I have mastered some pretty good amateur mechanics but this one single tiny annoying fooking bulb has me completely stumped! It just refuses to come out :censored:

just pull it mate, mine were a pain in the rectum! just gave the cable a good yank and out it popped

These are the ones i have, Didnt expect them as blue as they are but i'll live with them, Hands got cut to bits when putting the n/s bulb in!

Oh they are from ebay £2 inc delivery

Is this REALLY the aggreed way of getting the side lights out?

Just had a bit of a look.. and they look like they are a :censored:er to get out without some speical tool of some sort.

This is on the Leon, but im assuming (assumption being the mother of all fcuk ups) the Leon and the Beeza side light fittings are the same...

Yep I shredded my hands too. Don't just yank the cable, i did that and pulled the wire out of the socket!

You need to give it a quarter turn and pull, but its a horrible job!

the way to get a side light out of its socket is give it a quarter turn so it comes out a little from its socket then squeeze it and pull EASY

Not sure what im going ot be "squeezing" on ... as I cant see ANYTHING to get hold of.

lol done that a few times

first time out they are a right :censored: - i found some long nose curved pliers is best to save the knuckles :)

if it helps once you get em out first time they are easy in/out after that
