Hi all, the nearside bulb has just blown and I thought I'd have a quick look at it. Took the small triangular panel off and the metal clip fell off, then I couldnt get my hand into the small space.

Anybody know the best way of replacing this bulb, battery out, whole headlight out

I hate these small jobs that turn into bigger jobs

Not too far away
I assume its on the passenger side.... to give a wee bit more access remove the cover off of the other part of the light and slip the jacket off the battery then you can just about squeeze your hand in a bit further:)

You could take the bumper off, then you can take the headlight out.

Not as big a job as it sounds, there's a post explaining how somewhere.

As long as you've got daylight or a good torch, the driver's sidelight is easy enough to do. Although that's not to say you won't get your knuckles scraped....

Bumper off and light out would have been quicker :)
