Am in the process of though, awaiting getting my hands on a second bumper and will be doing it asap.
Yeah know what you mean about filler, though if i was to fibreglass it would that make it heavy and likely to crack?
The problem will be (as with most smoothing) if the filler sinks and your nice smooth surface looks toss piece and crap!

Ahhh, remind me of my first ever car and first ever ibiza. a red N reg pre face lift 5 door 1.3i...

it was a shed and a half but it started a love affair with a car that i havant been able to kick.

7 years later and on my 5th ibiza and 4th mk2.

lol, I'm at the stage where I'm falling in love with it and can't stop working on it
I will have probably moved onto my fifth Ibiza in 5 years time lol

How u do that then? suppose I culd get a rear bumper (so its the same plastic) and then cut a section out of that and weld it in??
Need to get this disso finished, and then I can get hold of this bumper and see what the state of play is.

Gave mine its weekly clean today in the sunshine...And got my spacers on !!at last !!

And started project clean engine bay..Just need the new rocker and polished inlet.....hopefully in the next full week ill be all finished.

gone is the wiper (cheers for the bung brum) and the cupra sport badge.

Hula's in !

I hate the way it sits on the kerb outside, it looks so much beter on flat ground but here you go anyway.

well i wont need them mate so i am sure i can sort you out. Just need a rocker cover to play with. Went to a scrap yard today but the only vag they had was a mk3 gti golf 8v. BO !

Once ive done that........I dont know........I can already kind of hear the mk3 forum calling.

i wanted to put cams in my valver but it would seem like everyone is saying that it will ruin my daily driver and i dont want that. However......mine only has 65k on the clock and WILL NOT be letting it go till ive done at least 75k in it.

You know i dont think i could Ol. Just love it to much....still got lots of plans. it will take me the best part of a year to put 10 k on it so short term its staying where it is.

Shiny Show cage is a must for this valver.....
