Hi folks,
I've got a new job starting middle of next month (hoorah!)
Anyway...
I'll be doing a fair bit of travelling, I currently live near Colchester, Essex. And the job will involve travelling to
CM postcoded areas (Chelmsford, Brentwood, Harlow, Bishops Stortford etc)
Cambridge
Peterborough
Now obviously the first 2 arent so bad, but Peterborough is quite a way. It's not like i'll be going there every day, but I just realise its gonna be putting a lot of miles on the Cupra.
It's currently on about 56,000, I'll get 31p a mile for first 200 miles, then 23p a mile thereafter, not sure how many miles i'll be doing or how much it genuinely costs to do that in the Cupra.
Is it worth changing it for a more economical car? To try and make more money from the mileage pay, I was thinking something like an Astra or Focus, even though I hate them both. Maybe even a Seat Ibiza but not a Cupra...
Convince me the right option....!
