right guys im new here, i currently have a 106 gti but am thinking about swaping it for a cupra. i just have a ew questions which i hope you guys can help me with?

Should a K03s Turbo Be Holding 21psi? is this safe?

The ESP Light is on Could This Be a Number of Things?

Is It Possible and easy to fit the cruise control off a Cupra R?

Would This Spec Be 239bhp at 21psi?

Stage 2 Mapped
K03s Turbo
Recirculating DV
N469 Bypass
HKS Spark Plugs
Induction Kit
Straight Through Exhaust

and Whats the Next Stage To Go With Regards To Power?

Would A Downpipe and Sports Cat Be Adviseable

i very much doubt it's 'holding' at 21 psi, it might peak at 21psi.

to diagnose the light you'd more than likely have to get it on VAG-COM of a fault code reader.

Places like Awesome GTI can fit cruise control to the Mk3 Ibiza's.

The power claims sound geniune for the spec, and from there the only real way of pulling more power is Hybrid K03, or big turbo conversion.

Over what rev range does it 'hold' 21psi?

Mine holds 20psi for a while... Until my boost pipes pop off!!
Will let you know what mine sits at once I get my new pipework on.
But yeah 20psi is perfectly safe.

I would have expected it to have a downpipe if it has a stage 2 map... Would have been the more sensible option anyway! May have the light on for a variety of reasons. Some that may not be anything to worry about, some that may worry you!

Dont think it would make 240bhp without a larger down pipe.

Mine peaks at 22-23psi then slowly tails off.

ok guys thanks for your help. i think im going to give jabbasport a ring and see if theey have any info on the car they can tell me i.e power read outs and what was done to the car.
