black T cut wont, it is just for scratch repair, it is not a wax or polish

T cut is effectively a filler....but only lasts for a short while as it fades and the cut will come back (unless a very light surface scratch)

I have a black Leon also, best wax I have found is Victoria Concours wax, good for dark couloured paints and also lasts very well under weathered conditions and brings up a great shine

Polish, if you want something easy to use is the autoglym polish or Meguiars quick detailer

I would also recommend using Meguiars gold class shampoo, cleans really well and leaves a nice shine to the paint even before the polish or wax is applied

What I've used on black cars in the past is a Clay bar followed by two coats of Autoglym Super resin polish, then collinite wax to protect the finish.
This is my mates corsa which i cleaned for him

T cut is firstly and most definitely a polish. It contains non diminishing abrasives and as such is why it is not used by pro detailers because you can go to far and inflict more damage. Menzerna and Megs polish while for machine use contain diminishing abrasives which break down as you polish.
Megs quick detailer is not a polish although it does contain a minimal amount of carnuba but wont remove a thing. Autoglym SRP is main a filler rather than a traditional polish, T cut may also contain fillers but is more a polish.

To answer the original question if going by hand then much as it pains me as I hate the stuff AG SRP folowed by Zaino Z8. However a good finish is all about the prep work and a clay followed by a proper machine polish and some Zaino Z8 which can't be beaten for black, will give the best results IMO.

At the end of the day it's really a case of trial and error and finding a wax/polish combo that gives you what you're after finish wise.
