servicing 2.0 8v

Going to be servicing my cupra sport soon after it gets MOT'd

Its just hit 54k miles, and i cant find my haynes manual to tell me what needs doing..

so far im going to do:
air filter (green panel filter - or anyone recommend a better alternative panel?)
spark plugs
oil and filter change - whats best oil? 10/40w ?
Engine flush before oil change

Anything else i should do?

Also when i turn my engine on my milage flashes In02 - what does that stand for ?

In02 means you are overdue a big service i think. there is a guide knocking about which shows you how to reset it.

My car was bought with all the 'big servicing' needs done, ie: cambelt/tensioners etc, just not reset.

I'll do all that then reset the computer - thanks.

i should think you will be checking the brakes front and back aswell mate, eerrmm obviously while your doing it check your brake pipes, suspension exhaust and all the usual bits that go on cars.

brakes have been changed - everything up front and rear, brand new 2 months ago

Exhaust is getting changed soon, and mot on fri so emissions will tell me how bad it is
