Just decided to go ahead with service and get the parts from GSF. (Oil, oil filter and fuel filter).
Few questions and opions required.
1st
Oil change, once ive done the oil change and refitted the new oil filter, then cleaned up the mess as the oil filter dripped abit here and there over the pipes.
once the car was jacked down, a few drips was dripping down the front of the engine sump coming from top where oil filter is, checked the filter and wiped. but its not coming any where near it.
Is there a chance when i changed the oil filter some oil must have spilled/dripped on the side of the engine, once jacked dwon it could have poured down the side.
2nd
Theres quite abit of condenstation from exhaust tip (after the service? is this normal? did use to do it before, the car hasnt loss any water at all in the past 8 months.
3rd
How do remove the pipes for the fuel filter? Do you just pull it of at each side, as i dont want to brake the plastic connector on the pipe. tried leveling it with a flap screw driver but feels as the plastic will brake off.
any advice would be greatfull,
