seized lambda sensor?

hi all just wondering if anyones had problems with lambda probes seizing in? and any ideas...ive tried a spanner...cracked it off and now its stop turning all together. Id try and get the probe hot but ive cut the wires off it :cry: any ideas?

i think you need some oxygen&acetaline or how ever you spell it and heat up round where it goes in and it should undo easy.

sounds as if its gona stripp the threads mate, if using heat mite snapp the sensor though, had that before

Ive never snapper a sensor, but the threads of the sensor have destroyed themselves as ive removed them before. Just get a bar over the spanner to help. You will prob need to re-tap the hole.
