How bad are some SEAT dealers, especially Arnold Clark Linwood Paisley, my Leon FR has been at them 4 times because my OSF door hinges were creaking and knocking, the 4th time was today and got told well fit another hinge, i asked to speak to the Foreman as the manager wasnt in and he was to busy to talk to me and id have to wait an hour to see him, absolutely ridiculous customer service, how do they get away with this!

my old mans toyota went in for a health check and it was the workshop controller who came out with the report. his attitude of this is what we found and this is how we going to fix it under warranty was a change.

Thanks for the reply, itll take nearly 2 weeks for the new hinge to be fitted, they were stock ordering it on Sat, so by the time it comes in and then it takes a week to get painted, then when theyve got it back they will phone to book me in, maybe 2 weeks isnt long enough!

I love my Leon but have to say SEAT must be one of the worst for customer service in my 30 years of Motoring, "Its a Franchise" stock answer, had a Honda for a while and the service was amazing pity Honda didnt build Leons..
