Hello I have a seat Leon mk2 FR CR 2010 and the paintwork is a black metallic. I had a little scuff and I thought I’d use t-cut scratch remover however the scratch remover has ruined my paintwork as the panel now is looking very dull and not metallic at all.

Is there anyway I can fix this without a compete respray ? Are there any products that can restore this ?

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

You need a DA machine polisher and some cutting compound.

Or if you just want to hide it then some Autoglym SRP Polish and something like Poorboys Black Hole Glaze to sit on top

As above a machine polisher is your best bet, or pic up some Meguiars Ultimate Compound from Halfords that should do it by hand using one of their applicators. Follow that with Autoglym SRP and then wax. Meguiars NXT 2.0 is great on black.
