Seat Leon Headlight Module Recoding Needed? Can anyone help?

Hi, I bought a car and the headlight was damaged and not with the car. I ordered a replacement with another set of modules and from my understanding, it needs recoding. When I start the car the beam works but not the high beam or indicators and from what I have seen, this is because it needs recoding as I don't have the original modules coded to the car.

Is there something I can personally buy to code this? Or does it have to be from someone who has something like an ODIS specifically from SEAT to recode the module to work correctly?

Are you able to do anything mobile or a remote desktop repair for it? Currently the car has no MOT and needs this done as well to pass.
