Seat Leon fr184 strange shaking when driving

So I got a leon fr 184 2013, I have a stage shaking when I drive low speed high speed doesn’t matter, what’s strange is the shaking comes and goes, it shakes like 5 seconds after that is smooth like 5 seconds than shaking comes back and so on, I can feel the shake around 20-30 mph, but anyway is more noticeable at around 60-70 mph and is not in the steering wheel, feels like from the back, I did tyre alignment twice and everything under the car looks fine, front back. Like I was saying the strange thing is that shaking comes and goes is not a continuous shaking. So anybody any ideas? Some one told me maybe a wheel is out of shape.!?

It could be a wheel bearing, loose wheel nut, wheel balance, suspension bush, shock absorber, wheel alignment (yours requires a specialist check to adjust the rears), warped brake disk, seized caliper, buckled wheel, deformed tyre - the list is quite long.

Most of those will have other symptoms, so it's really trying to eliminate the easy to check ones first.

I had this problem a while ago, it wasn't as intermittent as yours, it was constant and changed with the speed of the car. It turned out to be a warped tyre on the back left. (they were nearly 6 years old). But as @BoomerBoom says, there could be any number of reasons for it. I'd take it to a garage and ask them to take it out for a drive and see what they think.

Where are you from? other members might be able to suggest a reliable garage near you.

i Live in Tamworth, tomorrow I’ll go to a garage again, I don’t want to change the tyres just to find out it’s something else. I changed rear brakes 2 day’s ago, but was strange left real tyre pressure sensor came up after that, put air in all 4 and I can feel the shaking earlier and harder (I think), I will put back wheels on front to see what’s happening if I can feel shaking in steering wheel. I change the brakes myself so I was thinking that it lost maybe pressure while standing on a side?

So I changed the both rear tires, now it’s better still feel a shake but feels better at high speed, I will change front tires as well in about 2 weeks, the tires on the car have the date of 2014 and the car wasn’t used for 2 years from 2017 to 2019 I bought it on action in November. So I hope after I change front it will be smooth.

Why was a 2013 sitting for 2 years, probably mis-shapen the tyres if sitting in the same spot

Sounds similar to mine. The tyres I changed were 2013/14 as well.

Changing all those tyres is a very good idea, seven years old is the maximum age for tyres and having a car sit for two years would have deformed all four - they could easily blow out.
