Seat Leon Copa. 1.6 2012 clicking noise

Hi can someone please help, today I noticed my car making a constant clicking/ticking like noise from the engine. It would only stop when the engine is off. can anyone tell me what it could be please - won’t let me attach video but it’s just going tick tick tick tick all the time.

Any warning lights? Have you checked the oil level? Have the spark plugs or oil been changed recently, and regularly?

No warning lights.
Recent cam bent and water pump changed
Regular service gets done on it
