seat leon coilovers

Right im lookin to get a good set of coilovers for my 08 leon.. I lookin to know what wld be the best!! Im looking to pay around 200 up to even 650 quid.. Im tempted by a set of spax coilovers as i had their springs before and they r brill!! Any help wld be class thanks

What size is the front strut diameter?

1K0 is 50mm, 1T0 is 55mm. Look at the PN on your strut and see what it starts with.

Most likely will be 1K0 like mie so 99% sure would be 50mm but check first

Measure it or Seat should be able to check from your chassis number.

Yeah most 1.9TDIs are a 50mm but we have had a couple that were 55mm.

Yea was told to get them instead of vmax.. Cant get this strut code yet seat cant do nothing at all with it was on the phone to to them. But they did say tht the 2:0 leons take a the heavier strut than my 1.9 so i dont know

I can't find any PN on my strut , can any bod help me out please ? It mk2 2.0 fr . Would that be a 55mm ? strut ? Also where would be the best to get some coilovers from and what ones ?

Yes the FR will be a 55mm front strut diameter.
