Seat Leon 5F clutch pedal not smooth

Hi everyone,

Something I noticed of my recently bought seat leon FR 2016, 60.000 km is the clutch pedal not being as smooth as I expect it to be.
When slowly releasing the clutch, I feel a little bit resistance in the pedal. It's not a lot but it is there.

At first I thought I was the pedal itself, so I applied some grease. Didn't solve it.
Today I noticed that the pedal is moving smooth when the engine is turned off, but once I turn the engine on, I can feel a little bit resistance/vibration when slowly releasing the pedal. Also when I am in neutral.

Car is shifting gears smoothly so no problems with that. Also no noises or anything.

Anyone knows what this could be?
As I mentioned, it's not a lot but I just feel the friction in my feet and it annoys me.
And for my understanding: what happens with a clutch when the engine is started? Since I only feel it with a running engine.

Could be early signs that the clutch master or slave cylinder is on its way out.

And how does o e of these cylinders work different when the engine is started compared to when the engine is off and I do not feel the vibration/friction in the pedal when slowly moving it ?

The clutch hydraulics will not be getting any "support" from the engine, but, understand that when the engine is running, the clutch assembly is revolving at the same speed as the engine, so it is not the static situation that occurs when the engine is not running.
