hello seat cupra lovers nw am gona see u my project steps and i will say all details about it and i have pic for every thing i made
First step was chose the engine i got the abf to made the setup which compression ratio was 10.0.1 i made it low compression ratio to 8.1 without forged internals its just a cheap setup to get 300 whp safe lets start

lets start work
1st step the engine and the compression ratio
i made my compression ratio 8.1 by chang the pistons from the abf engine to 2e pistons it makes me use more boost in safe side and changed the rod from weak abf rod to 2e rod like in the pic black one abf and the silver one 2e rod
black one abf high cr silver one 2e piston low cr 8.1
the 2e pistons stock looks ...
i made valve clearance like the abf pistons
i used te abf crank coz i will use the trigger wheel
2nd step kr cylinder head < ported and polished >
the stock ports
ported and polished sry for the bad pic it was by iphone cam badd
abf cams but sry i havnt pic
and used the mls head gasket and the head studs arps
2nd step the intake manifold
1 the volisty stacks
2nd the short runers just 13 cm the each
3rd
4th the air flow box befor cleaning and finishing
5th kr cylinder head flange
3rd step custom made turbo log manifold
4th step fuel system
1 4 injectors 560 < lancer evo 5 >
2 1.8 t injectors line
fuel pump Tre 4 bar 250 lph
5th ignition system
ford focus wasted spark coil

7TH TURBO FIRST start one and the big one
first start turbo tdo5 evo 5 turbo with the down pipe custom made
down pipe before cleaning and fishing
the kkk k-27 .2 turbo
some small steps bov oil cooler piping
i think i will need bigger one
start to install all the items
with tdo5 turbo
the big turbo k.27. 2 and the external waste gate
last look under the hood
last item gearbox and the clatch kit

and now i am still runing on 4500 rpm only without tune coz i just used the clutch kit only 250k i will make 600k and then i will tune it to 7400 rpm . i will put the new pic s in tuning and dyno graph
