Hi I have had the engine emissions light come on and the fault codes were P003000 and P111700. These relate to the Lambda sensors both sensor 1 which had the P003000 and sensor 2 which was the P111700. I have now changed both of these sensors and it hasn’t fixed the problem. Thane engine emissions light is still on and the fault codes are the same? I guess this means that the lambda sensors weren’t at fault? I can erase the fault codes but after one engine restart the engine emissions light comes back on. I have an MOT on Friday and not sure if it’ll get through if I reset/erase the fault codes outside the test centre as it’ll depend if they restart the engine more than once.
The P003000 fault code state: O2 Sensor Heater Contr. Circ. (Bank1(1)Sensor 1)
The P111700 fault code states: Bank1, sensor2, heater circuit Short circuit to Ground (GND)
Has anybody got any ideas as to what else it could be?
Help and thanks,
Mark
