I know a few people have had problems, but whenever I've brought a car from the guy that I know there, I've recieved the best service and price. No one ever seems to be able to give me better value when I trade in my car, as well as giving me more money off the actual list price. This might be due to the fact I know someone there, but I believe that different people have different personalities.

Usually at car dealerships, you know what the sales people are all about. You can only really get great service from Lexus. I like going down to the Seat garage. The people seem quite friendly and I tend to spend some time there when I do go there. I would reccommend speaking to someone called Jatt, as he always gives me the best prices and service.

Jat is the used car manager I believe?
I've not had bad service from Listers, though I tend to get a certain vibe off some of the staff there, many others have said similar things.
But in general they are very friendly and when I was buying my car they certainly were helpful.

They are really helpful when you are buying the car and not so bad when dealing with most other things, however they are like any other dealer and have one or two village idiots in amongst the helpful people.

Just don't let them wash your car.
