Would just like to say that the customer service i have recieved recently has been first class.Phoned up on Friday to complain that the condensation on my lights was really bad told to bring it in at 9am on Monday had the car back for 12.Also while I was there I asked if someone could take a look at my wheel arches as the wheels seemed to be catching on full lock they sorted this too. Still waiting Seat approval for the lights though.

Must say it's rather nice (and very very suprising) to hear good feedback on any AC branch - myself i would not go near them for even screen-wash :)

W. Livingstone get my vote for the Glasgow-east-ish dealer, due to get my MOT done in a few weeks and it'll go back there. Dont get as much done tehre now but still will use 'em for oil-changes (usually i need 'em when it's in winter and freezing - getting soft in my old age).

I got my LC from there.............great service when I bought the car.

After care was crap, I got the whole extended warranty and service package. Cv boot split after 1 month..............took it to them to sort. They said its not covered and cost would be 178.00 to replace cv boot. They also stole My Cupra R badge and said I needed new wipers, my rear brake light bulbs had blown and steering rack. Took it to Caruth auto who I been using for years and they said steering rack was fine, bulbs hadnt blown and AC fitted new wipers when I got the car. Money grabbers, and liers.

If you need to go for repairs go to Caruth Auto in Whiteinch. Speak to Colin and he will take care of you.

I've had nothing but bother with AC since I bought the car. Don't get me wrong, buying the car was a pleasure and I got a decent deal but the aftercare is a disgrace!!
