SAI Pump connecter

I've removed the SAI. what do you do with the connecter that goes into the pump it has 2 wires on it. i've seen that you can put a resistor on it i've just cut mine off and left it with know faults coming up. What has everyone done with theres??

i'll get one on then or when the fault comes up. Cut it well short so its going to be a right bitch to solder one in. LOl

Take it that the famous 10wat 330ohm come in to action hear again:cartman:

i took it right back to the loom, well as far as i could and put resisitor on.

no worries [B)]

really...thats the first I've heard that a resistor isn't needed on those...good news!

I'm still quite eager on removing the pump and I desperately want to get rid of those horrid plastic pipes up front with the oil breather on it. So ugly...


guess I'll need to have a last look see at that thread explaining exactly what. and get some more time on my hands
